Accessibility statement
We want you to be able to use Complass regardless of impairments. This statement gives the current state, known limitations and how to report barriers to us.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.
Current state
We build the website and the portal to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA. In the latest audit on 20 October 2026 we tested the public pages (German and English) and about 70 portal pages in light and dark design with automated tools (axe-core) at widths of 320, 375 and 1280 pixels and at 200 % zoom. No violation and no horizontal scrolling remained. We also check keyboard use: visible focus, a skip link to the content and no keyboard traps. Since version 1.93 these checks run automatically with every change.
This is not a claim of full conformance: automated tools find only part of the possible barriers.
Known limitations
- Interactive areas of the portal built with React have not yet been tested with screen readers in every combination. We re-check them by hand before every release.
- The contrast of text over images cannot be fully measured by tools; we check it by hand.
- At 200 % zoom, individual small controls (for example badges in cards) may fall short of the recommended minimum size. We watch this in our weekly check.
- Documents and attachments uploaded by customers (for example PDF evidence) are the uploader’s responsibility and are not always accessible.
Report a barrier
If you run into a barrier or need content in another form, write to us at info@complass.eu. Please briefly describe the page and the problem. We usually reply within five working days.
Legal framework
Complass is aimed at businesses (B2B). The German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) therefore does not oblige us to publish a statement like this; we publish it voluntarily.
