The content of this website, the applicability check, the tools and the portal (introductions, templates, gap analysis, recommendations) serves as general information and helps you organise your compliance work. It is not a legal service within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz) and does not replace an assessment of your individual case by a lawyer.
Your decision
Whether and how legal obligations apply to your company and how you implement them is your decision. This also applies to results that Complass calculates from your answers, such as applicability, maturity, gaps or deadlines.
Status of the content
We maintain the content carefully and state when it was last updated. Laws, standards and official interpretations change. The official wording is always authoritative.
Liability
For customers, the liability rules in § 12 of our Terms and Conditions apply. Otherwise, we are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
