Pricing and configurator

Four packages in three sizes by employees. Choose your size and your frameworks and see straight away what Complass costs per month.

All prices net plus VAT. Preliminary prices, as of 16 October 2026.

Packages and sizes

Monthly prices with annual payment in advance. Monthly payment: +15 %. Minimum term 12 months, automatic renewal, cancellation up to 3 months before expiry. Business customers only.

How your price is made up

  1. Choose a package: Start, Business, Professional or Premium.
  2. Choose a size: S, M or L, depending on your number of employees.
  3. Add what you need: Further frameworks and the building blocks risks, BCM, vulnerabilities, privacy operations, Trust Center and Jira cost about 1.5 times as much in size M and twice as much in size L as in size S. Assets, suppliers and the AI fill-in assistant cost the same in every size.
  4. Premium contains all frameworks. Professional and Premium also contain all building blocks.
  5. Enterprise: For more than 1,000 employees or more than 3 companies we prepare an individual quote for you.

You order using a form. We review your order, confirm it by email and activate your account. You receive the invoice by email and pay by bank transfer.

Pricing FAQ

What is the contract term?

Both billing options have a minimum term of 12 months. List prices apply to annual payment in advance; monthly payment carries a surcharge of 15 %.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes, by 12 months each time. We remind you by email 90 and 30 days before renewal.

How can I cancel?

Up to 3 months before the end of the term, directly in the portal under “Licence and usage”. We confirm the cancellation by email.

Can the prices change?

We change our list prices at most once a year. Your price for a running subscription applies until the end of the term. We announce an increase by e-mail at least four months before the renewal; you can then cancel free of charge until the cancellation deadline. There is no automatic link to a price index. An increase is no more than 8 % per renewal.

What happens to my data after the contract ends?

The main user keeps read access for 12 months: read and export everything, e.g. the compliance package as a ZIP with documents, tables, reports and evidence files. Other accounts are locked but not deleted. After that the data is deleted following prior notice. After a trial without booking, a shorter period of 90 days applies, read only.

Can I try it for free?

Yes, for 14 days without payment details, with a sample project if you like. Without booking, the trial ends automatically and the account switches to read-only mode for 90 days (read only, then deletion after prior notice).

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Upgrades (modules, users, storage, projects) take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the term.

How do I pay?

By card, SEPA direct debit or invoice with bank transfer. Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe; we do not store payment details. All prices net plus VAT, business customers only.

Where is the data hosted?

On servers in Germany. Details can be found under “Security and data protection” and in the privacy policy.

Can I add support?

Yes. You can optionally add onboarding, implementation support and training from Complass, from the onboarding workshop to larger packages of hours; beyond that on request. The support is factual and organisational and not legal advice.

How is the size tier determined?

By the number of your employees: S up to 50, M up to 250, L up to 1,000. Employee access for all employees of your tier is included, as are 1, 3 or 10 sites. Each additional site costs €15 per month.

When do I need an Enterprise quote?

You book up to 3 companies yourself; each further one costs €150 per month. If you have more than 3 companies or more than 1,000 employees, we prepare an individual Enterprise quote for you. Sites, users and assets are no reason for one: you book them as add-ons in the configurator.

What does it cost my suppliers?

Nothing. Supplier accounts are free of charge; only the suppliers you manage in Complass are counted.
